Patricia is a wonderful teacher and she is good for students of all levels. If you have not done Yoga before or want to get back into it try this class out.
Patricia created a welcoming space for everyone in the group. She was always kind, respectful and responsive. Her expertise and wisdom were evident in her teaching of mindfulness, meditation, yoga and self-compassion. Her genuine, thoughtful presence during this course was truly a gift that has had a very positive impact on my mental health.
