Incorporating Jewish teachings, I facilitated a children’s yoga program at Limmud Katan, part of Limmud Winnipeg (March 2020)

With my daughter, a Jewish Studies educator, I led a meditation at ‘ELUL BIG GATHER‘ (August 2020) through At The Well, an organization that connects women through transformative practices inspired by ancient Jewish wisdom.

I developed and taught an online Jewish Mindfulness program that included practice and study of related texts and commentaries (Fall 2020).

Jewish Mindfulness

Jewish Mindfulness is an experiential discovery of both traditional and modern practices and perspectives on presence, spirituality, and connection. Participants explore Jewish traditions of meditation and embodied practice. In addition to meditation and gentle physical practices, this course includes teachings and wisdom from ancient Jewish texts and sages, as well as the voices of more modern Jewish poets, songwriters, and philosophers.  The Jewish Mindfulness course was featured in The Jewish Post & News.
